BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
4 crushed chicken bouillon
cubes
2 c. milk
1 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
(2 2/3 c.)
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
2/3 c. boiling water
6 Tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli following directions on box. Preheat oven
to 350 degrees. Place broccoli in baking dish. Over burner cook 1/2
cup butter, 4 tablespoons flour, 4 crushed chicken bouillon and
2 cups milk until thick. Pour over broccoli. Mix together the
stuffing, walnuts, boiling water and butter. Spread mixture
over the broccoli. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered, in moderate
oven.
