HOT DOGS SUPER SUPREME|
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 c. celery
2 Tbsp. onion
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 lb. hot dogs
Mash potatoes. Add mayonnaise; beat until light and
fluffy. Add chopped eggs, celery, onion and relish. Mix
lightly. Season to taste. Split hot dogs lengthwise and place
in baking pan. Fill them with potato mixture. Sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese if desired. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
