CHINESE NOODLES

5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. crushed sesame seed
1 lb. wide noodles, cooked

Sauce:
3 Tbsp. minced green onions
2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
3/4 tsp. MSG (monosodium
glutamate)
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 1/2 tsp. Chinese red vinegar
1/4 tsp. crushed flower pepper

Combine ingredients for sauce mixture. Heat 3 table-
spoons oil; add cayenne pepper. Add to sauce mixture. Heat
brown sugar in 3 teaspoons oil until dissolved. Add to sauce.
Panfry sesame seed in 3 teaspoons oil until golden. Add to
sauce. While noodles are hot add sauce in large casserole.
