1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. diagonally sliced
2 Tbsp. drippings
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked rice (not
Minute rice)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein

Saute beef, onions and celery in drippings. Add remain-
ing ingredients, but noodles. Put in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees
for 1 hour. Sprinkle noodles on top before serving.
