CHINESE TUNA CASSEROLE 7 oz. can chunk-style tuna 3 oz. can chow mein noodles 1 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. broken cashews 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup 2/3 c. water (I use milk) 2/3 c. crushed potato chips Combine tuna, drained and flaked, celery, onion, green pepper and nuts. Stir together soup and liquid and pour over tuna mixture. Stir slightly. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
