1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp
Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped tomatoes
Doritos or Fritos or nacho

Brown ground beef; drain. Add taco seasoning and 3/4
cup water. Simmer 10 minutes. Add green pepper and onion.
Simmer 5 minutes. When ready to serve, add lettuce, cheese and
tomatoes. Toss and serve with chips.
