MEXICAN CASSEROLE 1 lb. ground chuck 1 c. chopped onion 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix 1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 c. chopped black olives 1 pkg. (part) Fritos 1 c. shredded cheese Brown meat. Add 1 cup water, onion, chili seasoning and tomato sauce. Boil; cover, simmer 15 minutes. In casserole dish layer meat mixture, olives, Fritos and cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
