CREAMED TUNA AND PEAS

1 large can or 2 small cans
chunk-style tuna
1 can cream of potato or
mushroom soup
1 can English peas (LeSueur
brand), drained
1 medium onion, chopped
2/3 c. milk (mix in one
rounded Tbsp. flour and
mix)
2 Tbsp. butter
salt, pepper, Accent and
parsley to taste

Saute onion in butter (margarine). Add all other
ingredients, except milk mixture and bring to boil. Add milk;
simmer until thick (about 15 minutes). Should cook at least 15
minutes or until desired thickness. Serve over Minute rice.
Crouton toast can be used instead of rice. Serves 3 to 5 and
what's left over can be frozen.
