LOW CALORIE CHILI 1 lb. lean hamburger meat 4 c. canned tomatoes 1/2 pkg. chili seasoning 3 cans green beans 1 small can chopped mild green chilies 1 c. chopped onions 2 c. water Combine hamburger and onions in a skillet and brown over medium heat. Drain off excess fat. Stir in seasoning and cook covered for 5 to 10 minutes; stir occasionally. In a separate Dutch oven type dish, combine burger and onion mixture with tomatoes, chilies and 2 cups of water. Simmer covered for about 45 minutes or until it reaches the thickness you like. Add green beans and cook just until the beans are heated through or they will become too mushy. Serve. One cup serving = 113 calories.
