FIRE STATION CASSEROLE|
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1 (4 oz.) can diced green
2 doz. corn tortillas
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Brown beef and onion. Heat soup and milk. Add chilies
to soup mixture. Cut tortillas into 1-inch squares and place a
layer in baking dish. Spread with layer of cooked meat;
smother with soup mixture and cover with grated cheese. Repeat
layers, topping with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 min-
utes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
