1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburg
1 can tomato soup
1/2 to 3/4 strong cheese
1/2 can water
1 1/2 to 2 c. 1/4-inch raw
pie shaped cut American cheese
Saute onion and pepper in butter. Add hamburg and cook
until almost done**. Add tomato soup, water and cheese
(chopped). Put noodles (uncooked) in casserole dish. Pour
hamburg mixture. Top with cheese wedges. Can be done at night
and cooked next day. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degrees oven.
