8 slices white bread with
crust cut off (cut each
piece in 4 parts)
1 large chopped onion
3/4 lb. bacon
3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
Beat milk and eggs in blender. Put layers of bread
down. Put mixture of onions, bacon and cheese (only part of
mixture). Repeat 3 times, ending with cheese on top. Pour
milk mixture over all. Set in refrigerator for 8 hours. Bake
at 350 degrees, covered, for 1 hour. Pan size should be 9 x 14-inch-
