(Beef Pork Ribs or Chicken)
quantity or meat to fill your
barbecue sauce (Bill Johnson
or other quality brand)
**Skin chicken pieces, pork "country-style" ribs or cut
beef roast into pieces about 1 x 3 x 1/2-inch.
Spray frypan with Pam. Sprinkle meat with Mrs. Dash.
Cook meat covered at 200 degrees to 225 degrees until well done, turning
several times. Pour barbecue sauce over meat; cook 10 minutes.
Turn over and pour barbecue sauce over meat; cook 10 minutes.
Turn once more. Cook 10 minutes. Serve. Easy and very good!
