2/3 c. diced onions
2/3 c. diced celery
3 tsp. salad oil
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 c. water
1 c. Minute rice
1 small jar Cheez Whiz

Saute onions and celery in oil. When cooked, add thawed
broccoli. Steam over low heat for 10 minutes. Add soup, milk
and water, mixing thoroughly. Add rice and Cheez Whiz; bring
to a boil. Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle
top with paprika for color. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 25 minutes.
This can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to use,
then bake as directed. Yield: 6 servings. If doubled, be
sure and reduce water by half.
