2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans Hormel tamales, cut in
1 (No. 2 1/2) can yellow
Grind hominy coarsely. Spread 1/2 in bottom of greased
casserole dish. Put tamale pieces in casserole, then add 1 can
of soup over tamales. Spread remaining hominy over top of
soup. Add remaining can of chicken soup and top with liquid of
tamales. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
