GREEN CHILI EGGS|
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
16 oz. small curd cottage
1 lb. grated Jack cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
2 to 4 oz. can diced green
Beat eggs until light and lemon color. Mix in all the
ingredients, except chili. Stir in chilies. Pour into greased
9 x 13-inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until brown
and center is set. Serves 12 to 14.
