TUNA LOAF

1 (6 oz.) can grated tuna
1 small can peas
1 medium green onion, diced
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 batch biscuit dough

Mix tuna, peas and diced onion together with enough
mayonnaise to bind. Roll biscuit dough into rectangular shape
1/4-inch thick. Place tuna mixture in middle of dough. Fold
dough over mixture, pinching to seal. Turn over onto cookie
sheet. Slash top of dough. Bake 20 minutes in oven at 425 degrees.
Serve with white sauce.
