8 boned chicken breasts
6 Tbsp. oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
4 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2/3 c. dry sherry
Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and pepper. Combine
garlic with oil and vinegar in a frying pan. Saute chicken
pieces in oil until golden brown; turn frequently. Remove;
place in baking dish. Pour sherry over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees
for 10 minutes. Serve with Spice Baja Rice. Serves 8.
