Using proportions for fried chicken, coat broiler-fryer
chicken parts with seasoned flour or oven-fry coating. In
greased large shallow baking pan, place coated chicken parts,
skin side down, in single layer. Bake, uncovered, in 375 degrees oven
for 25 minutes. Turn and bake about 20 minutes longer or until
fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
