CROCK-POT SPAGHETTI

1/2 c. chopped onions
2 (1 lb.) cans (4 c.) tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans (1 1/3 c.)
tomato paste
1 c. water
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 to 2 (3 oz.) cans mushroom
bits and pieces or sliced
or 1 c. fresh sauteed
mushrooms
1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper

Add all ingredients and mix in crock-pot or slow cooker.
Brown 1 pound ground beef and drain off fat. Add to crock-pot
and cook 3 to 4 hours.
Note: May use sweet Italian sausage in place of ground
beef or you may use both.
