VEGETABLE BEEF DINNER 1 lb. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 4 medium carrots 4 medium potatoes 4 large celery stalks 6 Tbsp. water 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. green beans, drained 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup Brown ground beef and onion slightly. Slice carrots, potatoes and celery. Add to meat with water. Sprinkle salt, oregano and pepper over vegetables. Cover and cook on low until vegetables are just "tender-crisp", about 15 minutes. Add beans and pour soup over the vegetables. Stir gently; cover and cook on low heat for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
