4 chicken breasts, deboned
8 slices bacon
1 pkg. chip beef or dried beef
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Grease deep casserole. Layer chip beef over bottom and
sides. Skin chicken breasts and wrap each in 2 pieces bacon;
put in casserole. Saute mushrooms. Mix sour cream and soup.
Pour over casserole. Cover and place in refrigerator over-
night. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Serve over rice or potatoes.
