MEAT LOAF
(For 50)
2 (39 oz.) cans tomato soup
9 lb. ground beef
3 c. bread crumbs
1 c. chopped parsley
3/4 c. chopped onion
9 beaten eggs
4 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
ketchup or tomato sauce

Combine soup and all of remaining ingredients. Shape
into loaves or pack into 4 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 plus
hours or until interior temperature is 185 degrees. Remove and cut
into slices. Ketchup or tomato sauce can be poured over the
top before baking.
