MACARONI AND CHEESE FOR 50

2 lb. 8 oz. macaroni, cooked
in 2 gal. water, boiling,
with 2 Tbsp. salt

White Sauce:
1 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
3 qt. milk
3 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Drain macaroni. Pour into 2 baking pans.
Make a medium white sauce of margarine, salt, flour and
milk. Add cheese to sauce. Pour over macaroni. Sprinkle with
12 ounces bread crumbs that have been buttered with 4 ounces
melted margarine. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 35 minutes.
