6 country spareribs
1 head cabbage
2 large cans sauerkraut
1 medium onion
3 bay leaves
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. Hickory barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large pot with lid, put sliced
onion on bottom and arrange ribs in the bottom, topped with the
1 can of sauerkraut and coarsely chopped cabbage. Add ketchup
and bay leaves and top with 2nd can of sauerkraut. Cook for 3
hours until all is cooked down. Remove lid the last 30 min-
utes. For extra or additional servings, just add more ribs.
