ITALIAN PIZZA

1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
cheese

Brown beef in small skillet. Break meat apart with fork
and stir as it browns lightly. Remove from heat. Stir with
fork in a bowl, buttermilk and water. Knead dough 1 minute.
With a rolling pin, roll out 2 (10-inch) circles. Pinch edge
of dough to make a slight rim. Spread half of sauce mixture on
each circle. Top each circle with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 20 minutes. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
