IMPOSSIBLE CHEESY TUNA PIE 1 c. shredded process sharp American cheese (4 oz.) 1/3 c. frozen green peas 1/4 c. sliced green onions 1 can tuna, drained 1 jar chopped pimentos 1 pkg. cream cheese, cut into 1/4 cubes 1 c. milk 3 eggs 3/4 c. Bisquick 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (9 x 1 1/4-inches). Mix American cheese, peas, onions (greens included), tuna and pimentos in plate. Top with cream cheese cubes. Beat remain- ing ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (some cheese may adhere to knife), 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
