2 lb. lean beef, cut in
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped or
1 Tbsp. green chile pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 to 1 c. tomatoes (canned
Place onions and pepper in hot fat. Cook for a few
minutes. Add meat which has been floured and previously
seared. Add seasoning and tomatoes. Simmer until meat is
done. Add a little water if too thick.
