2 lb. lean hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground or chopped onion
1 clove garlic or powder
1/2 tsp. cumin seed or powder
1 Tbsp. flour
Mix well. Brown in about two heaping tablespoons lard
until meat colors dark and blood is cooked. Simmer about 45
minutes. (If very hot is desired, add 3 tablespoons chili
powder per pound of meat.)
