1 (12 oz.) pkg. linguini
3 qt. water
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 lb. shrimp
6 1/2 oz. can minced clams
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
6 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. water

Boil linguini in 3 quarts water with salt until pasta is
softened, but not completely cooked. Drain pasta after cooking
and return it to pot in which it was boiled. Add shrimp,
clams, parsley, mushrooms, garlic, butter, 2 1/2 cups water and
bouillon cubes. Let simmer until fish is cooked, about 10 to
12 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
