SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE|
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
(soups both undiluted)
1 c. rice, uncooked
Saute sausage, pepper, celery and onions until sausage
is almost done. Pour off grease; mix with soups and uncooked
rice. Pour into casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
