PIZZA 3/4 lb. ground beef Place ground beef in medium bowl. Microwave on High until beef loses pink color, 4 to 6 minutes, stirring to break up beef after half the cooking time. Drain and set aside. Prepare pizza sauce: 1 medium onion, chopped fine 1 clove garlic, minced 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 can (16 oz.) tomato puree 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Combine onion, garlic and oil in bowl. Microwave on High about 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes and puree, salt and pepper. You may use some Italian spices, too. Microwave at High until bubbly, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat or power to Medium and microwave until thick. Set aside. Dough: 3 c. flour 1 pkg. yeast 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. milk 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 egg Mix flour, yeast and salt in large bowl. Stir in milk, water, oil and egg to make pliable dough. On slightly floured board, knead until smooth, approximately 2 minutes. Place in well greased large bowl; turn greased side up; cover with clean cloth. Place in oven on warm setting until double in size, about 40 minutes. Remove dough. Preheat oven to 425 degrees; punch dough down. In greased 14-inch round pizza pan, pat dough out, pinching sides to firm edge. Bake crust until golden brown, 12 to 14 minutes. Top crust with ground beef, pizza sauce and 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake until heated through, 10 to 15 minutes.
