BEEF STROGANOFF

6 oz. spaghetti, broken
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. water
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. dairy sour cream

Cook spaghetti in salty water; drain. Fry hamburger in
oil on low heat. Stir often until meat changes color. Add
flour and stir. Add water, salt and pepper. Add half the
onion soup mix. Cook until slightly thickened. Combine sour
cream with spaghetti and remaining onion soup mix. Combine
spaghetti mixture with meat mixture in skillet and simmer 20
minutes.
