Brown 4 to 6 medium pieces of pork steak in heavy
skillet. Remove steak when brown; pour off excess grease.
Take 1 large can kraut, drain and pour into skillet. Sprinkle
with small amount of brown sugar. Add pork steak on top. Let
simmer about 1/2 hour with lid on. Watch so kraut doesn't
burn. Serve with mashed potatoes and apple salad.
