MEXICAN CASSEROLE
(Serves 8)
2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, grated
5 flour tortillas
4 oz. can taco sauce
2 (4 oz.) green chilies
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Colby cheese, grated

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Mix soups, sauces
and chilies. Heat through until mixed well and hot. Layer in
casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan in order: sauce, tortillas, meat
and cheese; repeat. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is hot and
bubbly.
