1 small onion, cut up fine
1 Tbsp. fat
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. water
1/2 c. raw rice
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chow mein noodles

Fry onions 5 minutes. Fry beef 10 minutes and mix all
together except noodles. Bake this 1 hour at 350 degrees, then
sprinkle noodles on top and bake 30 minutes more.
