CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

4 large chicken breasts, boned
8 slices ham
8 slices Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs, beaten
8 Tbsp. butter
1 c. white grape wine

Place chicken breasts (halved and boned) skin side down;
on each half, place 1 slice ham and 1 slice Mozzarella cheese.
Roll up tightly and secure with toothpick. Dip in eggs, then
into bread crumbs. Place, seam side down, into greased dish.
Put 1 tablespoon butter on each. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Then add grape wine and continue baking 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Baste every 15 minutes.
