EGG, HAM AND CHEESE BRUNCH CASSEROLE

6 slices bread, cubed
8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar
cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 lb. diced ham

Grease a 2 quart glass casserole. Arrange bread,
cheese, and ham in layers. Beat eggs and add milk, mustard and
salt; pour mixture over bread, cheese and ham. Drizzle melted
butter over all. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Uncover and
bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Works best if you
bake it in a pan of hot water. Serves 6.
