GREEN CHILI BREAKFAST|
1 (4 oz.) can chili peppers,
2 3/4 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
7 oz. grated cheese
salt as desired
pepper as desired
sour cream as desired
Selsa sauce as desired
Spray 8 x 10-inch pan. Drain chili peppers (Food Club,
mild). Spread in pan. Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, pepper, and
Bisquick. Mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper, and
Bisquick, and spread in pan. Spread grated cheese on top. Cut
in squares and top with sour cream and Selsa (if desired).
