QUICHE LORRAINE

1 unbaked pie crust
1 c. cubed ham (fried bacon)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (1/2
lb.)
1/2 c. sliced onion
dash of pepper

Brown bacon and crumble or cube cooked ham. Blend milk,
mayonnaise, eggs and cheese. Stir in bacon, onion, pepper.
Pour into the unbaked pie crust. May sprinkle with Parmesan
cheese. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 40 to 45 minutes. This quiche
is very thick and delicious.
