PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 6 pork chops 1 c. rice 1 tomato, sliced 1 bell pepper, sliced 1 onion, sliced 1 can beef bouillon Place raw rice in bottom of casserole. Brown pork chops in skillet then arrange on top of rice. Place one slice of tomato, bell pepper, and onion in a stack on top of the chops. Pour the can of bouillon over this. Cover casserole and bake in oven at 375 degrees for about 1 hour. Add water if needed.
