2 pie crusts to fit 9-inch pan
1 small chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 stick butter
Boil chicken in salted water until tender. Cut into
bite-sized pieces. Put chicken into pie crust which has been
placed into a pie pan. Saute onion in butter and then mix with
soup and sour cream. Top chicken with this mixture. Place
other pie crust over. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Let cool
slightly and it will cut like a pie.
