BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 1 lb. hot ground sausage 6 slices bread 2 c. shredded sharp cheese 2 c. half and half milk 5 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard soft butter Crumble and cook sausage. Drain on paper towel. Butter bread and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add sausage and cheese. Mix half and half milk, eggs, salt and mustard. Pour evenly over sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning place in oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Great for Sunday morning!
