2 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 c. sliced cooked potatoes
1 can (1 c.) green beans
1 pkg. frankfurters

Cook bacon; remove, drain, and crumble. Cook onion in
drippings; stir in soup, water, and salt and pepper. Add
potatoes and beans. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cut
frankfurters in half and then cut the halves in half. Line the
sides of casserole dish with them. They will brown as the
casserole heats. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with bacon.
Serves six.
