CHEESEBURGER PIE 1 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. bread crumbs 4 (4 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped green pepper pie shell Topping: 1 egg 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. mustard 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. shredded cheese Brown beef with onion and green pepper. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Place in pie shell. Mix the topping ingredients together and spread on top of beef filling. Place in preheated 425 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
