CHICKEN BREASTS AND RICE

4 chicken breasts, halved
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar mushrooms,
sliced
1 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. white cooking wine
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Put uncooked rice in shallow baking pan. Mix celery and
mushroom soups. Saute mushrooms in margarine and add to soup.
Spoon this mixture over dry rice. Spoon wine over this. Place
breasts (skin side up) over all. Sprinkle dry onion soup over
breasts. Seal tightly with heavy duty foil.
Bake 2 hours in 325 to 350 degrees oven. Do not open while
baking.
