1 chicken, cooked and boned
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. chicken broth
1 stick of margarine, melted
1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 can peas and carrots may
also be added with the soup
and broth (optional)

Place chicken, celery soup and broth in large shallow
casserole dish. Mix together margarine, flour and milk and
pour on top. Bake in 350 degrees oven until crust is browned.
