HAMBURGER CORN SKILLET

1 lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. bread crumbs
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can niblet corn, drained
1 can tomatoes, chopped (with
juice)

Brown ground chuck, adding salt and pepper to taste,
margarine, bread crumbs, green pepper, and onion. Add corn and
tomatoes. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Serve over toasted
buns, rice or noodles.
When my mother-in-law gave me this recipe as one of my
husband's favorites, I thought it sounded horrible, but to my
surprise it is really delicious.
