CHICKEN TETRAZZINI CASSEROLE|
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed
cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. shredded sharp process
1 Tbsp. sherry
6 oz. spaghetti, cooked and
1 c. diced, cooked turkey or
2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Cook onions in butter until tender. Blend in soup,
water and cheese (until cheese is melted); stir often. Add
remaining ingredients; heat. Serves 3 to 4.
