6 whole chicken breasts (12
5 cans cream of chicken soup
3 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
12 Tbsp. cooking sherry
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. melted margarine
Arrange cooked broccoli in 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans. Cut
chicken in bite-size pieces and arrange over broccoli. Mix
together soup, mayonnaise, sherry and lemon juice, then pour
over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese, then bread crumbs.
Drizzle with melted margarine. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour
until hot and bubbly. Serves 12. Great for a party or company
